RapidForge 3D started with a simple observation: New York generates more prototypes, models, displays and one-off parts per square mile than anywhere in America — and most of them wait days just for a quote. We decided the city deserved better.
What we do
We're the service layer between your CAD file and a finished physical part. Upload a model, get a firm quote in hours, and receive your part by courier or overnight shipping — while our production floor in Newark, NJ handles the machines, materials and finishing.
Three core processes — SLA, FDM and SLS — plus scanning, modeling and fabrication mean one point of contact covers the whole journey from idea to object. No account walls, no call-center runaround, no quote that takes longer than the print.
How we work
Every file that comes in is reviewed by a person who understands printability — orientation, wall thickness, supports, shrinkage — before a price goes out. That single habit prevents most of the failed prints, blown deadlines and awkward surprise invoices this industry is known for.
