3D modeling & design: from napkin sketch to printable file
Roughly half the best projects arrive without a usable 3D file. That's fine. Send sketches, dimensioned drawings, reference photos or a paragraph of intent — our designers model it in CAD, built from the start to print cleanly and assemble correctly.

Three ways we help
Ground-up modeling: new products, parts, characters and forms built in CAD from your references, with checkpoints at blockout and detail stages so revisions happen on screen, not on the printer.
File repair & optimization: downloaded or inherited a mesh full of holes, flipped normals and paper-thin walls? We make broken files printable and tune wall thickness, tolerances and orientation for the process you'll print on.
Design for manufacturing: when a prototype is heading to production, we adjust geometry so every unit prints faster, cheaper and more reliably — small changes that compound across a whole run.
Modeled to print, not just to render
Plenty of studios can make a pretty model. Ours are built by people who also run the printers — so clearances actually clear, threads actually thread, and the file that looks right on screen comes out right in resin, filament or nylon.
