Large scale 3D printing, engineered past the build plate

The build volume of a printer is not the size limit of an idea. We produce human-scale and larger pieces by sectioning models intelligently, printing the parts in parallel, and bonding and finishing them into one seamless object — including large-format SLA when the surface has to be flawless.

How we build big

Every oversize project starts with a sectioning strategy: where to split the model so seams land on natural feature lines, how to key the joints for alignment, and which sections deserve high-detail printing versus economical volume. Sections run simultaneously across multiple machines, so a six-foot piece doesn't take six times as long.

After bonding, seams are filled, sanded and blended until the object reads as a single casting. From there it can move into custom fabrication for priming, paint, texture and mounting hardware.

Who orders at this scale

Retail and display marketing teams building window-stopping product replicas; event producers who need a hero piece by Friday; developers commissioning showroom site models; artists scaling maquettes into exhibition works.
