Clear resin: parts you can see straight through
Transparency is a manufacturing headache everywhere else — machined acrylic, polished molds, long waits. Clear resin prints it: light pipes, lens prototypes, microfluidic chips and windowed housings, brought to true glass-like clarity on our finishing bench.
Clarity is a finishing craft
Off the printer, clear resin is translucent-frosted; genuine transparency comes from sanding through successive grits and clear-coating or polishing — hand work our finishing team does daily. That's why we quote clarity in tiers: as-printed frost, smooth translucent, or full optical windows exactly where the design needs them.
Signature applications: LED light pipes and diffusers, lens and goggle prototypes, fluid-path device models where seeing the channel is the test, bottle and packaging previews, and enclosures with show-the-guts windows.
Design tip that saves money
Flat and gently-curved faces polish to clarity far faster than deep concave details. If only one window must be optical, tell us which — targeted finishing can halve the quote versus polishing the whole part.

Quote a transparent part
Tell us the clarity target — frosted, windowed, or optical — because finishing time is most of the price, and we only charge for what you need.
